Delivery Evidence and Endpoint Identity
Identify the exact stage observed and its original timestamp provenance.
Observable endpoint
A sent message, accepted request, displayed notification and reviewed instruction are different objects. The conclusion must name which was inspected.
Clock bounds
Record event meaning, UTC value, source and justified uncertainty. A precise-looking subtraction can be unsupported when clocks are not aligned.
Completeness
Retain failed, late and unknown intervals. A receiver log alone may not reveal the source expected population.
Record the Claim Boundary
Name the precise artifact and separate documented, attributed, hypothetical and unresolved evidence. These criteria do not assign a star score or certify a provider.
Source Boundaries
Official references describe published mechanisms. BTA's evidence packets and proposed test procedures do not claim a completed paid-feed or account trial.
