A Trading Alert Trial Evidence Packet
Collect the selected offer, original message history, route observations and unresolved questions before deciding.
Begin with the exact offer
Record the selected product and tier, included routes and current written terms. A different tier's price or free period should not be silently applied. Keep the offer as dated evidence, including cancellation and retained-access conditions. Product branding can stay the same while plan identity or instrument scope changes.
State the task you want the product to perform. Name availability hours, the destination and what constitutes an interpretable message. This avoids retrospectively calling a trial successful because one attractive example appeared. A non-purchase decision is a valid outcome when the selected workflow leaves critical questions unresolved.
Keep complete original observations
Preserve originals, amendments, retries, cancellations and missing intervals. Save source configuration where the product is a rule tool. Save primary items and corrections where it is a news feed. Save actual account evidence only where such an account test was separately authorised; do not imply funded execution from a notification-only trial.
Use a finite declared observation window and record the expected population where available. Reader notes should point to original artifacts, not substitute for them. A completed checklist describes organised questions; it does not authenticate the answers or become an independent audit.
Close with specific findings
Write down documented functionality, observed route behaviour, untested components and unresolved artifacts separately. Avoid a star rating that hides a missing denominator or a changed instruction. If a claim depends on inaccessible private evidence, say exactly which evidence would be required.
BTA's free workbench exports unverified notes and explicit clock assumptions without submitting them to a vendor. Its synthetic example remains labelled invented. The completed packet can make a buying conversation more precise, but it cannot promise profit or establish independent provider rankings without the missing evidence.
