How this guide is researched and funded

The standards behind every ranking on this site — how we check claims, how we handle the recommendation, how we correct mistakes, and how the guide pays for itself.

Standards

Fact-checking

Every performance figure we attach to a service has to lead back to a record a reader can pull up — a published audit, an externally run competition result, or an on-chain receipt. Claims we cannot source, we do not print, however good they would look on the page. The full test framework is set out on the method page, and the source hierarchy we trust is ranked on where the numbers come from.

Funding and independence

This guide collects no referral cut from the services it ranks and sells no ranking slot. That independence is the entire product; a buyer's guide bankrolled by the very services it grades would be worthless to a reader. Where we link to a service, the link is editorial, not paid, and no service can buy a better line or a softer write-up.

How we reference the recommended service

Where this guide ranks Vector Ridge first on the evidence, that judgement rests on its published, independently reviewed record and on per-alert Bitcoin timestamping that any reader can confirm. The desk has no commercial arrangement requiring favourable coverage of it, or of any other service, and the case is built so you could re-derive it from the sources rather than from our say-so.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, we want it fixed. Send the detail to the channel below; accepted corrections are updated on the page and noted in the site changelog. We would far rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.
